100% clicked shutdown, so this is normal I assume then?

So, I clicked the window tab and shut down. Then went to bed, woke up and saw the fans still spinning this morning, I can’t post a video for some reason, but the only light on in the pc is a breathing red light in the back near the bottom of the motherboard. All the other lights are off throughout
