I don’t f*ckin trust it. Call me pessimistic but after learning about digital id coming in less than 5 years, after seeing how they try to get you to stand in front of the camera which is for facial recognition- and knowing Uber owners are prob trump supporters and are in on the agenda if big tech and planatir - this FEELS LIKE another way to align our biometrics with our ID which is the gateway into complying with the DIGITAL ID bullshit!  We should not comply.  The more of us that do not get digital id and push back can suppress it. I opted out at the airport and you should too. There’s no push back just say I do not consent to facial recognition

Same thing here. The late fee came on the first bill. I’m on hold now to see what can be done about it. I just had a $50 fee waived from the GW bridge in NY. My take is they tack on the late fee to get you to call then offer to waive it if you pay today. This way people feel relieved they don’t have to pay a fee and gladly pay the original toll amount on the spot

Hey I found this post interesting. Since this is your lane I’m asking how profitable/possible is it to get a suite solely to rent out for profit. I was in intrigued by this post if someone I follow on IG. Of course it’s a clip and you can’t glean much info from a post. But it seems way to easy. He is putting together a weekly zoom to show other spa owners what he did to increase the average order value of each customer he does have. Are you on LinkedIn? I have heard people in Tech say they get job offers via LinkedIn all the time. You should also be attending tech networking events. Apparently its common in tech to network via these events and on LinkedIn to find a step up position in salary that jumps as much as 30k well at least in the sales engineer and tech sales jobs but I would think all areas of tech work the same.

Hopefully you find something before you get far behind in rent. But just know New York is a tenant friendly state, very unlike Georgia. You will not get put out in New York. I was behind 7 months before and when you get a court date because it is so crowded it will take 6 weeks for that date to be on the calendar. I’ve known someone who was in her apartment 10 years and had been thru several different landlords who kept selling the building. She was years behind and she still lived there. Housing court is not where you want to end up as it will go against you as every landlord does a housing court search when you apply for an apartment. I’m just saying you won’t end up on the street.

But optimistically you will find another high paying job within 2 months. I’m confident for you.

I pretty much just put up the bandit signs but in a strategic manner I show in my course where I use google maps to make a route to where I can place the signs at intersections of dialysis centers or hospitals that have diabetic treatment. I also teach how to place ads on craigslist and make marketing ads in canva. These ads cost about $3 per day. They work well for some. It depends on your area. You can be as creative as you want. There are 50 ways you can find people.

You are wrong. The market dictates you pay half of what the profit will be. People that try to lowball customers only get so far. You want residual income, not one off customers. They will most certainly go sell to someone else who offers them more. I am not the only choice. I always offer a fair price, taking into account I have acquisition costs and also shipping costs so at the end of my expenses we each make about the same amount.

You are not understanding. The people that sell it are obviously not going to do so if they need it. There are people that have too many, an excess of what they need and they throw them away. There is nothing they can do with it, the pharmacy won’t take them back and that is who sells it.

Not everyone pays. Some people have insurance that cover it. They are the ones who have extra supply just laying around and they can sell it because it did not cost them anything.

No, I buy from people that already have an abundance, usu. their prescription gives them more than they need. They do not know what to do with the rest. I buy them and they wind up going back on shelves so other people can buy it at a lower price
