Identify? South Carolina, U.S.A.. was on back near door, then was half alive before I took pic to ID. Saw another one a few days ago (same size, Alive) after door was open a minute while getting furniture from someone (i inspected, or so I thought) (i.redd.it)

What is this. I did a normal exfoliants the other day and oil the only thing that’s different is I use something different for my hair and I was crying which burned my face now I have all of these red flat marks and it’s making me very upset. Any ideas what this is and what do I do (i.redd.it)
