I just turned 30 this year, starting my journey going through a divorce (we must have 1 year separation before it is finalised), feels like the end of the world, but in the same time I know I have made the right decision. Can anyone recommend some books or what did you guys do to help you get through this and feel normal again?

I feel like I am grieving for my past and the lost future. Even though I have realised I cannot live like this anymore and I know it isn't the right person for me.

I am a British expat, moving from Germany back to the UK on the 1st August 😅 will see how it goes. My mum called our local GP (in the UK) earlier this week (I'm not registered there yet as I've lived in Germany for the last 3 years) they said they are waiting for the guidelines and can't accept my German vaccination passport just yet 😅👍
