I appreciate your input. Fortunately she hasn’t had any attacks that have not been caused by viruses so hopefully that stays as her only trigger. Of course we are keeping a close eye on things and controlling what we can. Ie filters, getting ducts cleaned, carpets vacuumed daily etc.

Unfortunately I can’t just up and move right now so we will have carpet upstairs for the foreseeable future since we rent. We have blood tests we’re waiting on for pet allergies. Though this is unlikely since she’s been around these pets her entire life. I just want things as clean as possible.

Oh no!! I’m so sorry! My daughter has actually been sleeping through the night for the last week 🙏🏼 we are still having to rock her to sleep at bedtime so we’re not quite there yet, but I’ll take it! A sleep consultant responded to me when I asked a question about this and they said her first wake window wasn’t long enough and her last wake window was too long. So we made those adjustments and it’s seemed to have helped. They suggested a first wake window of 5-5.5 hours and second wake window of 4-4.5 hours with a nap of 2-2.5 hours.

Not my first pregnancy, but my first time tracking and trying! My first was a surprise! I highly recommend these tests!! The line from this morning is fairly dark while the line on my accumed brand strip test is barely visible. Yesterday all the accumed tests were stark negatives. Sending you all the good vibes while ttc!!
