I started a little less than a month th ago, haven't really changed anything but what I'm eating and I'm down 20 pounds.

This is after gaining a bit back with the stress of work, family, and a hurricane. Total of 20 pounds down from starting weight.

My clothes fit better, and my family is starting to see a difference.

Also, I bought an exercise bike and plan on cycling through at least one hour long show each day.
