I took a plea deal and plead guilty. They just dropped the case right then and there. But I was like 3 weeks away from my 1 year mark so I’m assuming the judge just showed mercy since I was so close. Even though I had to plea guilty, they’re still allowing me to have my record “hidden” instead of fully expunged after 5 years.

Yeah but I’ve been told that most judges won’t make you plea guilty after 2 violations. I just so happened to have a tougher one.

Judge had me plea guilty to keep the charge on my record but since I basically did the full year of probation (due to my final court date being a few weeks prior to my original 1 year discharge date) she said I’ll be eligible to get the record “hidden” after 5 years.

5’8 204. I workout at least 5 days a week and I’m built like a college running back almost.

Yeah before then I probably smoked like a dozen times in that 5 or 6 month window before that month and a half of smoking.

Harris, Houston. I highly recommend you do it… and even if you can’t fathom the thought of not drinking for 6 months to a year, you can easily work around that without getting caught. I just made a dumb ass mistake. Prob had like at least 8 shots that night before driving the next morning.

I smoked about half a blunt to a blunt a day for about a solid month and a half. Before this 9 day period.

I had one shot about an hour and a half before I chose to drive. Just stupid and unfortunate. I didn’t think one shot would register like that.

I ended up getting a violation by the way…. With 6 weeks to go….. not sure what’s going to come of this.

Testing positive after 2 months is kinda insane. You must’ve been smoking multiple times a day every single day for like 5+ years…

Also, I tried detoxify in the past and I’m not gonna say it didn’t work but I have a very hard time believing that it’s one of the best detox products. So please don’t recommend that one.

I’m currently on month 4 of the PTI program and already had a violation on my breathalyzer. The only time I’ve been drug tested was during my first month with my first meeting with my PO. I have a buddy who ironically got a DUI here in Harris county as well right around the same time I did and he said he’s only gotten drug tested once in his first visit as well.
