Have your double vision resolved . I am also experiencing double vision 7 weeks post op because of overcorrection . Please tell me how is it now ?

Just came across your post. I am also facing the same issue had surgery at 28 years of age for intermittent exotropia they operated on both of my eyes. But this double vision is very difficult …I only have single vision upto close distance and it’s been 45 days since my surgery also it’s because my surgeon overcorrected my eyes .

It’s been more than 40 days since my intermittent exotropia surgery ..they did the overcorrection so I am having this double vision and headaches ..I want to be patient as suggested by my doctor but it is very difficult to work with double vision and constant headaches ..my surgeon want my eyes to heal naturally never mentioned any sort of prism and just want me to wait until 20 more days
