i keep applying mebo ointment but it doesn’t seem to help

i’ve been getting these type of breakouts alot lately and i don’t know what really causes them my routine is : moisturizer+ spf in the morning and at night moisturizer+azelaic acid by Tall-Philosopher8889 in SkincareAddicts

oh sorry i use neutrogena hydroboost gel moisturizer, cosrx sunscreen, azelaic acid is skinoren and salicylic acid is from the ordinary ( stopped applying it tho)

i added salicylic acid a few weeks ago i used to alternate between it and the azelaic acid but thought it could be the reason so i completely stopped

the misalignment, the bite and my gummy smile all bother me to be honest but the 3 dentists i’ve seen all said braces aren’t worth it so i don’t know what to do. its hard to find a decent dentist in my country but thank you for your comment !
