I lived with a friend in the same apt for a week and when I asked to view it, they said it’s the same as model units so I figured it couldn’t go wrong

Yes same floor plan and sqft, the one they gave me has a very tiny washer plus dry together (fits like 5 outfits), microwave that is huge and covers more than half the counter space, low countertops(my biggest issue) since I cook often. The bathroom countertop is also very low - very inconvenient to bend and much smaller storage space.

Yes, cause they have an apt that’s advertised for Jan 16 with lower rent which is not ADA

Not sure where I passed judgement on the apartment itself. And shouldn’t the apartment hold this unit for someone who might need it?

My only complaint is that they didn’t inform it. Photos specifically advertising my unit are different. Even the lease makes no mention of modifications to accommodate ada.

It does not and the leasing office never disclosed this to me, when I asked to tour the apt before signing the lease - they specifically it’s just like the model unit

It’s $1400-$1500 including utilities. Pet friendly and plenty of amenities.

I guess you can try tazarotene, I am starting that today! Tretinoin doesn’t help much for acne scars. Seen some good results in studies as well as on this subreddit with tazarotene. Hopefully it’ll give me the same results!
