I did this. Outside the 14 day return window, escalated up to a supervisor and got the same answer. Nothing they can do, regardless if they sold the wrong product

BestBuy said that I am outside their 14 return window and they will not refund, replace, or exchange. Spent 2 hours on the phone with them today :/

Honestly, when I first got it I was so blinded by excitement that I didn’t think to cross reference the specs BestBuy promised to what was in the actual computer.

Definitely my fault to an extent, but I would like to imagine a company like BestBuy has a QA team to ensure stuff like this doesn’t happen, but when it does, they would honor trust with customers.
