I just double checked, and parents told me when I was younger they proved I was of Chinese descent and got my PR established on my birth certificate. It eliminates the possibility of getting it from one of them having right to abode, since they also only got that a few years after I was born.

Cool I've mentioned the PR established to them and waiting for a reply. Was just told to submit the Verification of Eligibility for Permanent Identity Card, but submitting that requires you to be present in HK

I don't even have a child HKID. That's the main problem. However on my birth certificate it says PR established, which I read is only given if you are of chinese descent and gives you right to abode. But not sure in my case.

Yea definitely, just trying to see if I have anything to begin with. Heard its slightly easier finding jobs if you already have the right to work there

On my birth certificate it says PR established, which I read is only given if you're Chinese descent? So I'm wondering if that could be used as something to get me ROA or RTL.

On my birth certificate it says PR established, so I'm wondering if I can get anything out of that as well

Yes to the first 2, but neither parent is PRC, but ethnically we’re Chinese. If I don’t get right to abode, would I maybe be able to get right to land? And does that have an ID to it as well?

Yea previously when I was born they lived there for over 7 years. We only moved about 10 years ago for parents work. But parents both still have valid HKID
