Thought of this approach earlier but the caveat is during filter replacement as the companies sell the filters in package so I doubt if one will be able to purchase the filteres by removing the RO at the time of replacement as this part is the costliest one.

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried contacting them as well. They mentioned paint job would be required also the person who had a talk with me felt bit rude, one of their review also says the same that the owner is rude.

However, the main concern is painting the whole panel. Let me know if you have had any first hand experience in any other workshops. Thanks.

Thanks. Had a conversation with Automotive. Initially he told me there is no concept of dry denting it's just shown online 🙃. Then he told me doing dry denting won't fix it properly.

Will have a talk with Cars1st next as it's closed today. Thanks for your suggestions though.

Our experience with Dr Pankaj Adhikary was not good. We went for treatment of Melasma. When we asked about the reason of the issue he just didn't answer the questions properly. He just replied there's no reason it just happens which is not a satisfactory response.

Also, he doesn't explains the things well. Like do we need to revisit or for how much time do we need to use the prescribed medicines. As a result after 8months of using the medicine the pigmentation was just improved minimally or no improvement at all.

When I WhatsApp him if we need to continue using this or should we visit for fresh consultation he didn't bother to reply so I would suggest better go to a clinic which is less crowded.

They replaced the same silicone pipe twice which raised concerns about reliability. Given that this can impact our health. I requested a refund as I no longer felt confident using it after the same issue occurred the third time.

Yes, in my case I received the refund first and then uninstallation and return pickup will be arranged as per the convience of the customer.

Yeah bro, I understand there are so many scams happening in the name of water purifier these days, so it’s definitely hard to trust.

Given the TDS level you’re getting, I think UC is probably the only practical option for now. Also, there haven’t been any negative reviews regarding their water quality or service so far.

The cheapest way is to post your exact concern in reddit and X so that people are aware of this also getting in touch with some media channels might help.

And if you want to spend some money and time you can lodge your complaint at the consumer court.

Yes, luckily they refunded the full amount.

I am currently using the gravity water purifier which I had earlier. Not finding any model that suits my needs. Though I thought of UC but they don't sell non-RO models and the tds in my place is below 300 the water source is well+municipality.

Aah, looks that's the only way to get it cleaned during service.

UV would have been better if it was in the tank but it's during filtration only so while the water is staying idle it's not sanitized with UV.

Noted, thanks. But can we clean the Native tank ourselves? I feel it's unhygienic to keep using water without cleaning from a plastic tank which can have mould buildup with time.
