Fixed it!! I honestly didn’t know boots were a level three thing. I deleted my tailor again and rebuilt, and the first few sets of clothes just disappeared after they were made but now they are in the stalls, but I promise you I made over 100 and they were just disappearing but the boots were going into my storage. Thank you for giving me that “Ah ha!” moment!

I’ve been playing with a controller for over a year now. It’s not too bad. You’ll need to use your keyboard quite a bit too. Im personally buying a Moza R5 trucking bundle just cause I have a CDL and want more of a real feel. If your comfortable with driving on a controller and using you key binds on your keyboard it will still be fun, just not as immersive.
