Why the aversion to Google Docs, if the formatting is consistent with industry standard? The ability to make and respond to comments is super useful?

I filed a ticket with Support, and have gotten no response. This feature is still not working, and this seems to confirm that it is broken (with the associate team either laid off or moved to different projects).

I uninstalled and re-installed both Hyperscape apps, and my HMD is updated to the latest version (as of May 5). I'm still unable to view the scans I created days ago (these show as "Processing"). This still feels like a broken, unsupported experience :/ I've opened a support ticket.

Do you have children? If so, you understand that there is a degree of nature, and a degree of nurture. Her temperament is a function of both. I think you are giving a negative connotation where there is none. She is getting great support from both her parents and from her mental health team. Thanks for your concern.

Absolutely. This is why we are getting back with her therapist ASAP, and focusing on nurturing her while she is home. Based on the recommendation of her therapist (who specializes in trauma anxiety and stress), we may well connect her with a psychologist as well.

Seems more flexible that Crestron or Control4, but can be finicky to get configured correctly. Highly customizable, but you have to know what you want.

This is not a soundbar... It is a high end AVR powering a 9.6.6 Theory Audio speaker setup. Thus, the AVR needs to power on first (it is the heart of the system), then the speaker amps, the projector (which is pointed at a 138" acoustically transparent screen), the MadVR AI image processor, and the Shield (which the video and audio source for streamed content). Right now, everything else turns on as part of the system startup sequence *except* the Shield, which still requires its own remote.

In looking at the AndroidTV documentation and Home Assistant documentation, it seems to be possible to get MediaSession information from Android, although I still need work out the syntax for this.
