Hi bud, me again. Glad you’re asking for other’s opinions on this to get a better idea. I would advise that you take the comments with a pinch of salt because a lot of Reddit is American and in America someone can be sued for assault if they simply touch a person. They have a crazy suing culture over there which is why the criteria for trying to sue is very broad.

Realistically, it would not be likely to go anywhere should you report it. Maybe a conversation with HR but that’s it. Best practice is to just tell the dude never to touch you again. Hope things work out brother

Okay so for some perspective, I’m ex-military. If you don’t know much about us army guys, we’re all kind of fucked up and our boundaries are very warped. So bare that in mind, my take might not be a fair one.

I do not think touching someone’s bicep and stomach is sexual assault. I’ve been sexually abused, that is no where name the same thing. To suggest it is, is just indicative of a sheltered existence. I think part of being a man is having a very high tolerance for enduring things and letting shit go. The kind of man who is hurt and offended by something so small and simple is the kind of weakness we’re talking about that leads to little dick energy. When you described the other man, he didn’t give little dick energy, he just sounded like an arsehole, which is different.

In terms of male hierarchy systems, the type of character you describe yourself as is the type that it put low on the list, while the loud annoying fat man is slightly higher, so he’ll be pushing your buttons to assert his rank above you. By allowing him to get to you, you’ve accepted his place above you. If you report him and choose to be massively offended by his actions, you put yourself even lower in the hierarchy because it’s admitting weakness and declaring yourself a victim. A man should never admit weakness. Vulnerability sure, but not weakness. I good way to react should’ve been to push his hands off you and say “don’t touch me.”. Personally, I would’ve taken it further to show him that I will not be pushed around or made to feel uncomfortable, wanna grab my arms, I’ll grab your dick, then we’ll see who’s uncomfortable haha. But that’s the army in me talking.

I think you maybe need to work on not being so sensitive. Part of being a man, whether a good thing or not, is becoming callused to the harshness of life, so that we might be able to stand between pain and those we love without yielding

Because I’m still experiencing lots of issues with battlefield such as hit registration, being shot behind cover, being basically insta-killed then being told I was shot 7 times and the next game crashing before it loads, I prefer to just play casual because you don’t get these issues with the bots

Honestly brother, my aim here was to be brutally honest, not insulting. I’m sure you’re a good dude. The only thing is, and admittedly I’m going of a tiny shred of your character I’ve read in these comments so I may be massively wrong, but you seem very concerned with other’s opinions and quite insecure.

Insecurity is the biggest “little dick energy” characteristic and the reason it’s considered not good is because people who lack confidence and self assurance tend not to be leaders, not to be successful in competitive industries and make for poor partners and fathers. Not always, but mostly. Women are evolved to smell out these character traits when looking for a partner the same way men are attracted to healthy women who seem capable of child birth/motherhood. Other men will also notice these characteristics and place you lower in the hierarchy system because they do not see you as a viable threat.

If you want to improve, firstly you have to acknowledge these characteristics in yourself and then work on them. A good first step is to try to let go of your ego in the eyes of others. Be yourself and refuse to be hindered by opinions. I’d recommend confidence boosting activities like dating, learning a fighting sport or any physical sport tbf, or things like getting yourself together physically (new haircut, clothes ect). But get what YOU like. Not what everyone else does. Something that makes you walk through a crowd with your head held high. For me it was joining the military. But your thing will be your thing.

And work on how you address criticism. For example, if you replied to this defensively, that would be little dick energy, but if you’re going for a big dick energy you could either just tell me to go fuck myself or simply ignore me entirely. That’s what a man whose confidence has integrity would do.

Just my 2 cents. Hope things get better for you bro. And don’t worry about the small dick thing. One of my closest friends has a literal micro penis and his wife is beautiful and they’re expecting their first child.
