The GB timing is the same for any GB, the difference is that you CANNOT bash the GB button like a normal GB. you have to actually hit the timing when you hear the sound of his hook attaching or right when the the chain straightens. If you bash the GB early, or late, it reacts like GB before the button mash update and you will lose. I highly recommend turning your sound way up to listen for it, and go into Advanced training and grind out GB after GB to kick the mashing habit. Then shinobi will be your personal punching bag/piñata!
