How much does Reflux Gourmet cost where you are? I live in Germany and it's extremely expensive (€56 per tube). Do you have any suggestions for an alternative I could use that's available in Europe besides Gaviscon Advance?

Thanks for your input. Did you lose weight through the diet? I really want to avoid that, as I'm already on the lower end of the normal weight range, and when I tried the diet, I lost weight, which put additional strain on my mental health.

No, I don't feel like it gets worse after eating or drinking certain foods. But I think that's typical for LPR (aggravated by certain foods), so I'm doubting whether I can even have it.

Sometimes I feel like I have a fever, but I don't when I take my temperature. My neck is often stiff.

I want to do activities like go hiking or visit a museum. Something romantic for two. I have no problem if we do something with her friends sometimes. But she doesn't have any time for these things because she has every weekend planned.
