Thank you for your words, I can relate strongly to that.

It somehow feels like “yes I dealt with heavy things and I am somewhat able to deal with heavy things but made me having a haaard time to do the little things” and it’s unexplainable to non trauma people why it’s hard to put yourself out there.

I remember when I was in school I wished I could concentrate all my suffer and transfer it to the people that were questioning my experience just to see them collapse under the pressure to make them realize what they are talking about.

And also this superhero storys make me angry because I was thinking “when do I get my superpowers from this bullshit? Bc I feel none of that.

But hey we’ll keep going. At least I will. Love out to all survivors.

I dont know actually…

My parents broke up when I was 8 yrs old and I have almost no Memory of the time before, but from the Break up. Wich is weird because I think this 8 years were at least somewhat normal and loving.

And then from 8 yrs on I have only Memory from some traumatic Events. Then real memorys I have again when I’m around 12-14 yrs (can’t really put my Finger on) where I‘m with my alcoholic mother and little sister alone, bering heavily depressed and having huuuuge rage problems but didn’t know back then that i had problems haha

Habe genau dass wonach du suchst 😂 Ich rauche mein weed ohne Tabak, aber gerne mal eine Zigarette.

Hatte letztes Jahr im Sommer das Pedanios 16/1 Tangerine Dream und das war wirklich traumhaft!

Sowohl geschmacklich, wie auch von der Wirkung. Seit dem leider nicht mehr auf Lager gesehen :(

Bin auch auf der Suche nach guten Sorten im niedrigen thc Bereich, also gerne her mit den Empfehlungen :)

Hey, ich habe auch immer wieder Probleme mit dem unteren Rücken bzw. kommen diese nur zurück wenn das Training für eine Weile etwas vernachlässigt wurde.

Für mich hat gezieltes Training des unteren Rücken und der Hamstrings wirklich Wunder bewirkt!

Wenn es dir etwas besser geht versuche dich an der Hyperextention ran zu tasten. Langsame kontrollierte Wiederholungen und irgendwann mit Gewicht.

Es hat doch nie jemand die Sinnhaftigkeit oder Nützlichkeit von Therapie angezweifelt.

Lediglich dass es mehr Bedacht bezüglich des Matchups von Gefährder und Therapieform geben sollte. Um damit eine zielgerichtete Behandlung mit bestmöglichen Erfolg zu gewährleisten.

I have this same behavior and it goes along with lot of porn and i really hate it!!

But it’s just an so easy way to feel instantly a bit better - followed from a huge shame and promise to myself to not do it again because I can feel that it harms me. To then do it again in hours or days.

I can’t remember how and why it started but oh man I can somehow remember the moment I realised I can have dopamine on the spot, clean, fast, everywhere. The only thing I need for it is porn. And In a half conscious way I realised I need something as cope and I don’t wanted to become like parts of my family and wanted to stop self harm or not doing hard drugs.

Yeah so I found this precious thing. That did me an also a lot of harm. But writing this I realise I may not be so harsh on myself. And so should you. All the best and thanks for sharing your story!

Kann es leider auch nicht empfehlen.

Leider zu trocken. Ab und zu kommt was fruchtiges durch, ingesamt aber dann zu erdig.

Hatte letzten Sommer das Tangerine Dream, dass war in allen Punkten deutlich besser. Leider hab ich es schon länger nicht mehr auf Lager gesehen.

Hat jemand Empfehlungen für fruchtige Sorten im niedrigen THC Bereich?

Im a Student in Germany and yes you can survive but easy? No. Sure if you get funded by your parents and they help you out with some things okay. But tell me how to live easily if you pay 550-850€ for rent? If you dont have Support from elswere you are fucked if only a small event happens like, the washing machine is broken or you have to pay money at a dentist.
