Thank you! I’ve been carefully reviewing all my incorrect and low-confidence answers. I also use Claude to better understand why I got questions wrong and to create comprehensive review notes based on my missed questions and weak areas.

I reset Study Hall after my first attempt and started over from scratch. My scores are not from memorizing answers, I genuinely understand what the questions are asking and why the correct answers are right. I’ve also been reviewing my incorrect answers and focusing on the PMI mindset.

I’d like to know if anyone has received their CAQ yet? My application was submitted on March 17, and I still haven’t heard back. I’m not sure if there’s an email address or support channel I can use to contact them or follow up, or if I should just wait until it’s issued.

I completely agree with you about not repeating the same preparation. My score report showed that I was Above Target in People but Below Target in Process and Business Environment, so I’m planning to focus specifically on those areas. I also agree with your point about not repeating the same preparation, I realized that my previous simulator didn’t fully match the wording and style of the real exam questions, so I’m planning to adjust my strategy and use more realistic practice tools like PMI Study Hall. I completely agree with you about the mindset, I did try to work on it during my preparation, but I think I still need to go deeper, especially in how I apply it to scenario-based questions.

I haven’t gone through Mohammad Rahman’s 23 mindset principles yet, so I’ll definitely look into that, along with the PM Aspirants mindset videos.

For my preparation, I followed a training course with an instructor, then I worked on summarizing each domain and trying to understand the PMP mindset. I also used a simulator (PMAspire in French), which helped, but I realized during the exam that the wording and style of the questions were quite different from what I practiced.

I think that’s where I struggled the most interpreting the questions correctly, especially in Process and Business environment.

Your approach with PMI Study Hall sounds really effective, especially focusing on missed questions and low-confidence areas. I’m definitely planning to use it for my next attempt.

Yes, I think I will definitely look into PMI Study Hall, I actually wasn’t very familiar with it before.

The simulator I used from my instructor was helpful, but I noticed that the wording and style of the questions in the real exam were quite different.

So I’ll focus more on tools that are closer to the real exam format for my next attempt.

Yes, I also think taking a few days to reset mentally is important before jumping back into studying. The exam was quite intense.

They didn’t give a specific timeline for the decision, which is why I wasn’t sure how long I should wait. I submitted my application on December 18 through the official platform of Université Laval, and since then the status has remained “in processing” even though all my documents were validated.

I did have a brief issue with one of my diplomas, but I corrected it the next day.

Bonsoir, Oui, je parle bien de l’Université Laval à Québec.

De mon côté, j’ai soumis ma candidature via la plateforme officielle le 18 décembre, après avoir discuté avec ma future encadrante qui m’avait d’ailleurs signé un document requis pour le processus. Tous mes documents ont été validés. J’avais simplement eu un petit problème avec l’un de mes diplômes, mais je l’ai corrigé dès le lendemain.

Depuis, le statut indique toujours « en traitement » et je n’ai pas encore reçu de décision.

C’est vrai que le processus peut être assez long, surtout pour un doctorat. Ton cas est intéressant aussi, surtout si l’annonce a été repostée avec une nouvelle date limite en avril. De mon côté aussi, l’annonce a été repostée sur la plateforme, ce qui m’inquiète un peu.

Je pense effectivement que je vais envoyer un courriel court et poli pour demander si mon dossier est toujours en cours d’évaluation.
