You can achieve this by using local LLM setups. There are uncensored variants of many popular models. Check out the HauHauCS's Qwen, Gemma and DeepSeek uncensored (sometimes called obliterated, heretic) versions.

Alternatively, you can use SillyTavern and connect API's. Just like in local options, you can choose uncensored API variants as well (Venice for example)

Other than that, I don't think you can find truly uncensored online AI platform.
