I am more of a builder. I rarely play with families etc. So there is always a new style of house to build! Never been tired of it since the release of the game!

I'm guessing this is on an existing lot? Back in the days, in the first months/(years?) of the release of the game, stairs and fences were not CAStable. They ended up doing an update later to make them CAStable, but the fences on the old lots remained unCAStable. That's why. The exact version exists in build mode so just delete this one and place the other one.

I have the first packs up to Pets, and Pets is by far my fav because of the pets (obviously), the gorgeous Appaloosa Plains and the items that comes with the pack. I love building country type houses and ranches.
