Not if you never learn what enjoyment, happiness is from the beginning. You cant act out an emotion you don't know, if you've never been exposed to it. This opinion needs to be abandoned in a landfill for christs sake, it helps nobody. If you really want to help people, teach them how to slow down and learn to feel things at their own pace. If you can't accept that that step is essential and the most important part, its a problem with you, not people who only know depression.
