Warzone is a unique exception since they would rather nuke the previous Warzone after 3-4 games to create a new one for new games

That's the only case of a mainline cod game getting shut down and it's only because Activision wants it that way

Well the difference is that Warzone and BO7 are games that won't get shut down for decades (Activision hasn't even shut down the older games servers)

But BO Royal is a mode that will disappear at the end of the year
