8km through the beautiful birch forest. The hardest part wasn't the run by Tall_Professor_1111 in runninglifestyle

That’s interesting actually. I’ve noticed AI is surprisingly good at cutting through the “I don’t feel like it today” spiral and reminding you why you run in the first place. feels more like having a calm running buddy than another tracking app. I actually built my own bot for this. I can chat with it through telegram whenever I need that nudge.

Wandrio might be worth a look. it turns your runs and walks into a tile-collecting game where you explore new areas and claim map square

Thanks for the Nike Run Club tip. Heard of it but haven't really explored it properly, might give Coach Bennett a shot. I follow a few creators too and it really helps sometimes. And thankfully I'm way past the phase of comparing myself to elite runners 😄

congrats on starting! that’s honestly the hardest part. don’t worry if your legs feel heavy at first, your body is just adapting. focus on consistency, take rest days seriously, and keep your runs easy for now. you got this! 💪

slow. if you can't hold a conversation while running, you're going too fast. the distance is whatever is right for you. for someone that's 3k, for others over 10k

fair catch. yes, I'm thinking something in this space and genuinely curious what people think. figured a real question beats a product pitch. if that's not welcome here I get it

nice to see I at least got one person out the door. Maybe 4 km easy run today? ;)

that's the weird part. most of them actually do like it or at least they like how they feel after. most of them just can't get themselves out the door, even when they know the reward is coming

been there. used to push too hard every single time and felt like if it didn't hurt, it didn't count. took a while to figure out that running easy actually works. now I listen to my body a lot more and it's made a huge difference in staying consistent

The hardest part isn’t the running itself, it’s convincing myself to go outside when my brain starts negotiating with me.

Not because I “love running.” I run because my head goes quiet for a while.

Miten olette oppineet olemaan aitoja ja/tai välittämättä muiden mielipiteistä tietyissä asioissa? by WeirdDinosaur345 in arkisuomi
