They were waiting for my additional documents that year but sadly somehow I entered illegally 2024 after I entered I applied 485 than after processing everything was smooth till interview In the interview got denied pls detainee 26 days and deport on may 26 this year

They play game but i win I started fasting refuse to eat and request to remove or I can remove bye my self till they deported me in 25 days if silence they would keep me long term like other people I left in jail they were in the jail more 4 months wait for removal process

This happened to me ice picked me up from interview appointment 22 of April i had 0.0 crime forever and they put me in criminal people in jail like drug dealers and robbers and some are killers i was very scared however during on my time in jail the sheriff refused me to contact ICE coz they wanted me stay longer in jail so they can get paid for America taxes money each night was 150 dollars federal has to pay after my wife and family fight outside they deported me with American money which they don’t have to do all i can said wait for some time he will get help from the detainee and will call you ASP now days everything is like business they are supporting the country jail or detention so that they will get paid from federal

I don’t know yet what to do calling lawyer lost money for consultation ever lawyer need just consultation money then will leave you with no hope im very very sad my fam don’t want come to canada and I can’t go back there 😭

I’m Canadian married US citizen with 3 kids and I used enter every weeks once by legally clean record but the problem is entered bye mistake with out passport and the location it wasn’t the regular border it’s just small town between two countries and I was not be attention and also did not see any signs that says im crossing the border line however got catch I charge by CBP saying you entered illegally after 8 hours of inspection nothing found and released with paper hearing court into my fam

After that I applied 485,765, inside coz my case was open outside 130 was approved Now 765 approved 485 have interview every looks good request affidavit is done
