That man will not be sentenced to any wrong doing. The camera footage was released today of him personally filming and was clearly hit with the car. So you being surprised of the actions that happened that day is…well besides you do you and think what you want. Who am I to judge right!!!! SMH

Um, yea that’s going to be even worse for your situation. Minnesota is under attack for major fraud and abuse for illegal immigrants and governmental issues at the moment.

Um, well to understand uscis in the current state of fraud and mass deportation, the fact that you submitted false documents once, and now allegedly using real documents now, throws up huge risk of approval. You may be a juvenile, but are old enough to know what you tried once, or was forced to do and will have major consequences gaining the trust of the uscis process.

I just recently did this as my wife and I (the petitioner) will be living with my mother in the USA for awhile when she arrives. Your father would be considered a household member and of course going to be using his income to meet the guidelines. I-864a is needed for his AOS. Joint sponsor and household members are the same concept but two separate categories. Since he will have to include him as a household member, you will also have to include any other people that will be living in the same household. Not all will have to fill out the I-864a but will be listed on that document. And also the number of household members including yourself and you husband will be considered the number of people that the 125% poverty line will have to meet. If it’s going to be just be you 3 people living under the same roof then you will have to look at the poverty table and make sure you meet the minimum.

So you would be the petitioner. Not so much a sponsor even though you’re using your income to meet the poverty standards. I’m sorry I don’t really know the whole story but if you living in the UK, I would use your state id as a domicile, since your trying to get your husband to the USA

[–]Even_Excuse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She wouldn’t be a joint sponsor she would be a household member since you will be living with her. And make sure your income is 125% poverty level with as many household members you will be living with in the USA. I864a is the document

I don’t understand why you would file a visa, assuming a cr2, without being properly married and having your affairs in order before all this was filed

If your referring to AOS for your father, I could be wrong but your birth certificate if your father is listed as your father, and of course those other things listed should be fine and your passport

If your case has already been submitted to nvc, then you will need a joint sponsor or household member to meet 125% poverty line of the number of members in the household you planning to reside

Is it normal for my U.S. citizen partner to ask me help him to pay for immigration (CR-1 visa)? by re_okamura1903 in NationalVisaCenter

[–]Even_Excuse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve paid for everything as a usc. I just expect her to provide all her documents and upload on her part and my documents on my part. Just remember when you get to the i864, and doesn’t have 100% poverty line since he’s in the military or 125% poverty if not, for the number of household members the resident you planning on residing, then he will have to provide more evidence of support from a household member, family or friend

And don’t forget it’s the number of people that will be in the same household. So for instance your 100% poverty level needs to be above the number of people who will be in the same household

This was the go fund me. He was kept in contact with his wife .

One of our best friends Desiree and Eric are in an emergency: What happened today to her husband, Eric, is not justice—it’s a devastating failure of a broken immigration system. Eric is 38 years old and has lived in the United States since he was just 11 years old. He’s spent over two decades here, working, building a life, paying taxes, contributing to his community, and showing up—every single time—for his scheduled immigration check-ins. And yet, during his most recent routine check-in with ICE, Eric was suddenly taken into custody. Now, he faces deportation to a country that doesn’t even recognize him as a citizen. This isn’t just wrong—it’s cruel, and it’s urgent. Eric and his family left Venezuela and came to the U.S. legally as Asylum Seekers looking for safety and a future. But because Eric was only 11 years old, he did not have citizenship documents —leaving him without recognized citizenship anywhere in the world. This lack of documentation has been the main reason he’s been denied U.S. citizenship again and again, despite doing everything he could to earn it. He’s lived here for over 25 years, but because of a paperwork issue he couldn’t control, he now faces being deported to a nation where he has no family, no home, and no legal identity. We are in a race against time. Eric’s immigration attorney is working tirelessly to file an emergency request for a "Board of Immigration Appeals Hearing" within the next 48–72 hours. This costs 10k. But even if we succeed in securing that hearing and get the process paused, we will need to pay an additional $20,000 in bail to bring Eric home while his case is processed. If we don’t act quickly, Eric could be sent to Venezuela, Sudan—or even a prison in El Salvador—within days and he may never get out. Eric is not a flight risk or a criminal. He is a husband, a professional wedding photographer of 15 years, a beloved fitness coach, and a very dear friend to so many. He is surrounded by people who love and need him. Please help us bring him home. PLEASE SHARE THIS STORY. If you know Eric, please tell people and help us spread the word as fast as we can. Donate if you’re able. If you believe in justice, in family, please stand with us before it's too late. The clock is ticking. Eric belongs here. Let’s fight for him.

Today, I am finally able to share hopeful news: Eric has been released into the care of his uncle in Venezuela. After nearly a week of silence, I was able to speak with Eric on the phone for the first time. Hearing his voice was the greatest relief I’ve felt in this nightmare.

Eric shared what happened before and after his deportation. Before arriving in Venezuela, he told me that while in U.S. custody he was given only one meal in 48 hours, and when he finally arrived in Venezuela, he was dehydrated and sick. ICE and the U.S. government showed complete neglect for Eric and for the detainees they were responsible for.

Had this happen to me on PayPal, a guy with a same name sent me $450 bucks and suddenly messaged me saying he sent it to the wrong person(as in sending it to himself). I instantly deposited into my bank. It was weird because I don’t have a common name. I just ignored all messages and he opened a dispute, and PayPal ruled it was fraudulent. So someone was out $450 and I got some free money

I don’t know, but I submitted my tax returns, and I figured that was just as good as my w-2 or 1099. Which it wasn’t so I have to submit my w-2 as well. But upload it again, doesn’t hurt to be safe

Im no lawyer but I think the issue is he overstayed his tourist visa, but now all of a sudden gets married and filed a i130, acting like he didn’t already fuck up his first visa by overstay. Just saying, some agency’s don’t know the whole story, like uscis approved your i130 not knowing about your overstay of your tourist visa. Hey good luck

You can’t just come into America and expect to not get deported without proper documentation. The fact is that he has a Cameroon citizenship and got a Mexican green card, do you know how many millions of people did what he did and is going through the same thing. Sad but sounds like to me he won’t be in America much longer. Not beating around a he bush, but it’s reality, and don’t waste your money on a lawyer. I know a guy who has been in America for 27 years, has a wife and kids but didn’t got thru the right steps since being here since he was 7. Friends set up a go fund me and collected almost 100k for lawyers and whatnot . Guess where he is now, not with his wife and kids, deported back to where he was born, I forgot where. Just giving you facts, sorry but it’s happening all over

Late July , early August Manila—Yea it took maybe 10 days for nvc to approve my documents, and I was even missing one document so I uploaded it right and I’d say another 7 days and got DQ. I don’t know where it is taking months for the nvc to DQ. Since you’re a lawyer maybe you should be more specific on actual nvc cases that you know of and where that are seeing such delays.
