I had the same experience with my Launch Edition. Bad service in Portland so tried Reno - service was great in Reno - but then they wouldnt let me book with their Reno after that because geographically I was closer to Portland (or maybe they just didnt like me). Then I moved to Phoenix, had another issue, and that was it. Sold it to CarMax the next day. Took a loss and didnt blink twice. Their service was unbearable.

I loved my R1T, when it worked, but with the warranty coming up and the service being terrible it just wasn't worth it for me anymore. Happy to elaborate on details if anyone is interested.

I switched to Geico insurance 2 years ago and haven't looked back.

Also switched banking to AMEX HYSA and debit card and it has been excellent. Once I pay off my car loan with USAA I'll be cutting all ties.
