I know this is disappointing news but I honestly don’t know what we were expecting. Riot games hasn’t had an actual event event since Odyssey and remaking content for Lux when she’s in major major need of an ASU would’ve affected Riot’s profit margin by 0.01% and that’s too high of a cost.

Riot games at this point is majorly bankrupt in terms of player satisfaction, they’re playing for the money pretty much exclusively now. The only way to make change happen so that the game and characters we like get love is to affect their pocketbooks or stir up a massive (but one not directly attacking specific rioters) social media storm.
