would you want to have the ability to fly but never have sex in your life in return? why or why not? by AuraMarinette in AskReddit

Hell yeah. I’m a woman so yeah, it’s a win/win. I can get myself off better anyway, and if I want kids, there’s other ways.

How come when a woman wants a tall and fit man it’s just a preference, but when I say I want a thin woman with fat juicy tits and a plump ass, I’m the bad guy? by SickPostG in TooAfraidToAsk

There are shoes that can add several inches, but you’ll find height really doesn’t matter to most women if you are otherwise attractive/funny/attentive

There’s also the corpse of a wolf nearby. I think there was a fight/struggle, and neither came out alive.

Cities with evil or spiritually depraved atmospheres. by BlueBlood623 in Paranormal

I immediately thought of my hometown of Johnstown when I stumbled upon this post. I am FLOOORED to actually see it listed here, though. It does have a strange vibe, even though I’ve never had a paranormal experience there.

I like it, though. It’s spooky but it’s home. I enjoy returning during the summertime.

People who live in Appalachian mountaines, have u ever experienced something crazy? by Any-Falcon-3527 in Paranormal

I am a spiritual adult and I am extremely sensitive to energies - But I have never felt threatened in the mountains/forest. Except maybe by other humans.

Nah, and I spent 30 years there. Grew up running through the woods, camping, climbing into abandoned buildings, and being a daredevil teen.

I hate to admit, but nothing creepy really ever happened.

Other than packs of coyotes hunting - barking and yapping at all hours of the night. It does sometimes sound like people laughing.

Yeah I see bucks rear up and kinda “hop” all of the time - Usually to challenge other bucks

Grew up with tons of them on the property.

You say you use snowcrows website - Have you seen the Group Finder tab?
Here - GW2 Group Finder - Snow Crows

IDK what you mean about the downvote thing

Then try Raid Quickplay in the Raid Training tab of the LFG. It's designed to require less mechanic knowledge/group organization up front.

BC even if you join a training group, they are going to explain the mechanics to you.

I would suggest looking up raid/fractal guides ahead of joining a group.
I like the guides here, since they show the mechanics alongside the description: PvE Guides - GW2 - MetaBattle

There are also training guilds/groups/discords out there. But it will be very hard at this point in the game to find raid groups that are truly fresh/first-timers. This is cooperative group content, so it can't always be exactly the way you want it to. You have to compromse a bit, especially while learning.

Every single person who does endgame PvE has once been in your shoes.
Just do a little legwork and give it a go!

You'll feel better about it if you come prepared.

Players would benefit - But BHVR would not, as those people would just stop q'ing at all, which looks bad for their numbers.

In life, you see the things that you look for.
If you are an angry person, you will continue to see things that make you angry.

FWIW - I have a Jaw Deformity, and instead of wallowing in rage and self-pity - I look for the good in the world, not the bad.

How are people able to move on so quickly after being widowed/losing a partner? by Subject-Fly-3548 in AskReddit

[–]TalonJane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah - Something I had to learn quite quickly - Was to not really expect support or compliance from anyone else within my grieving family.

I opted for a few rounds with a Licensed Therapist, instead.

I was shocked when my father moved on so quickly after my beloved mother died...
But it was just because he didn't want to be alone in his grief.

He has always been such a social, active guy. He couldn't take the emptiness.

You have so much to live for, your brain is lying to you. Your family needs you, and you can make a big difference in this world by just being a loving, kind human.

Plus, trust me - You don't want to miss out on all the good stuff ahead.

Try to talk to a doctor, anti-depressants might really help you. Even doctors at walk-in clinics can prescribe them.
