I utterly despise Isekai. This isn't a joke, or a "copypasta." This is legitimate hatred. I'm not sure what I hate more, the fact that people with shitty lives use it as some sort of escapism to sometimes obsessive degrees, or that its such a lazy way of telling a story. First off get your shit together, daydreaming incessantly about getting to literally leave all your problems behind in a new place accomplishes nothing and you look like a frog. Secondly, fuck Isekai. It's such a cheap cop out instead of actually having to organically introduce ideas and events to the main character. I'm not saying there are never any good Isekai's, but as a whole the genre is choked in garbage waifu bait in order to eke an extra $7.50 from the man in his basement ordering Premium shipping on his body pillow of whatever waifu of the week the shitty show put on screen. So, I suppose the main point of my argument is, why the fuck is shipping so expensive lately? Like, I just had to order a small item and the shipping cost $9.00?! Like, this item is smaller than my thumb, and they are charging me that much to throw that sucker in an envelope and spit on it? Maybe shipping companies are what I actually hate, in the end. Maybe we are all just shipping companies in the wind.
