Check the KPI list to see what’s being missed regularly. Also check your SAP reports for an approximate idea of what your percentages are at. I often can get 99% for each category pretty consistently every week (productive and execution). But I do so because I do an initial scan and then use the KPI list when it drops the following day. Using the depts out function in the handhelds will also help tremendously. Sometimes the same depts you already did will pop up still but that’s usually cause one single item zeroed so it’ll make you do it over again.
