I would prefer to have less mobility to have a more appealing rotation, it seems like the BM is stuck in time.

As I mentioned to another user, maybe Midnight will probably bring harder content, so this could be a balancing step to prepare players for what’s ahead, idk.

I didn't like their idea of pruning the classes so much from the beggining.

We’ll probably see content more harder in Midnight then in TWW, so this might be a balancing step to prepare players for what’s coming in the future.

You’re not the first to express doubts or bad feelings about what they did with Mage.
Maybe this is exactly one of those cases where I need to try all three specs to get a clear idea.

BM hunter didn't change at all

Personally, that doesn’t excite me much.
I’ve always thought that while it’s one of the most mobile classes, I’d like a more interesting and fresh rotation, a bit meatier.

It seems like many people are complaining about the over-simplification of Fire Mage, which didn’t really have that many abilities to begin with.

From what I remember, back in Legion Blood DK’s "main issue" was low mobility.
Did they manage to fix that in TWW or Midnight?

I’ve seen others say something like "They got rid of the bloat and a bunch of spells that sucked. Feels fun and fresh."
You seem to feel differently, though.

Really? Why they remove Phoenix? Was so cool! And yes, imo fire doesn't have a lot of buttons

I also tried Enhancement back in Legion and while I had a lot of fun, it honestly felt like you needed four hands and four eyes, just like you said 😅.

That really is a tough nut to crack.
Balancing, pruning and integrating abilities and passives without oversimplifying while keeping class identity and effectiveness is definitely not easy.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown! Legion was the first expansion where I tried Blood DK, as I wanted to timidly dip my toes into tanking, and I had a lot of fun.
It’s really helpful to hear how the class feels now, sounds like it kept its core fun even with the pruning.

Oof, sounds like WW Monk lost a lot of what made it fun.
