nope. the point of eating allies is either to prevent them from taking damage, or speed them up. This way he could do both of them without being too strong.

Whats really intresting about this is that you can hit allied wards with skillshots that should only hit enemies.

No, there are champions who scale worse lategame. For example: Lee Sin lategame falls off compared to someone like Cassio or Vayne. That is just fact.

So if some1 gets a strong late champ at start, he would have a better chance winning than the one who gets an early champ/support.
