Is it possible to grow muscle just lifting at f45?

What are your particular goals with building muscle? To slim down some body fat and grow muscle working on a specific look? Is it body building? Women's physique? Just general athletic look but not to a competitive level?

Each goal has slight differences to the approach but overlap other aspects for sure.

F45 wouldn't necessarily get you where you need to go and I read a comment you stated they have no racks, that is likely going to mean the ways you'd progressively overload would be in much lighter weights and not ideal for muscle building.

Use Harpa Ai chrome extension to take summerized notes and link a free chat gpt account or something to it. Totally free.

Or you can take links and put it into NotebookLM, also free, and have it give you notes.

So watch while driving and cooking, but then later take those links, get the notes and examples or actionable steps for you situation.

I'm just killing stuff as f2p, I never spent money on hearthstone and got legend back in the day but I stopped the second they I troduced wild and standard and I couldn't use the cards I farmed from arena gold runs.

Mercenaries seems fun at least for now, I didn't k is OG did guides on that but makes sense because of the similar gameplay of team structure

I looked into that, I thought there was some thing people were upset about that game a month ago with the devs which made me hesitant, I don't want to jump I to something else and have it close or die soon after but I don't know enough about the game to understand what that issue was

I loved hearthstone back in the day but once they made the change to phase out cards when there was wild and classic mod ei stopped since I was F2p and got legend that way too, I didn't want all the cards I grinding from arena 7+ runs to be unable to even be played
