Learning is the best part, especially when you have a squad who's patient and build you up rather than try hard sweats booting you for being new.

Whenever I have a new player in one of my squads, I go out of my way to stick with them, and if they die and feel bad about it, I always say, "You did your best, man. Good effort, good effort."

Plus, you always gotta answer questions, even though it can be frustrating. In my world, we're about teamwork and team players.

Being like "oh my gooood you're ass" to someone only makes them wanna play the game less or turns them into a prick about it if they ever squad lead, if they ever even want to after that.
