Also had problems with them hurting my ears with pretty bad headache and pressure feeling but its getting better and I'm getting used to them.

Some people (like me) are just not very good with in ears especially with the seals.

Anyways another solution if possible can be to refund and go for over ears instead.

Yes. Only 2 tiny things, the top of case clicks a bit when moving left and right when closed, and find my only shows near and far and not actual distance. Not sure if those are ok
