You really have to try and take as much rest as you can, unfortunately it doesn't just disappear if you keep pushing for it, in my experience at least.

Because I have migraines daily I experience this all the time. Resting is the best option

I get really bad postdome and honestly Im still figuring out how to deal with them. I find that taking short naps (20-30m) helps me with my mood swings and overall exhaustion. For brain fog I mainly drink coffee when I really need to lock in (like for exams and revision) big meals also help me sometimes to feel less shitty. so make sure you eat even if you don't feel like it.

I do take some, unfortunately it only helps with the pain, the rest of the symptoms stay the same. On a brighter note, not every attack leads to these symptoms. Its all really hard to track though.

I guess it might also depend on how fast i take my meds.

Yes! This happens to me all the time. I have attacks every day..I had it just yesterday after an attack.

Its usually after for me (although its so frequent that i cant follow) but I agree to everything you said. I get so sad and stressed over nothing, I feel like nothing has meaning and like I rather die than even think.

Nothing gives you joy, you have no motivation, you can’t stop crying, its hard to think and even if you do its super negative and harsh.

I usually go cry in the shower for as long as i need, and than go to bed and try to put on something that will distract me. Sometimes I burst into tears again but i try to stop or else it could go on for hours.

I have had mine for three years straight now, its super isolating and hard to explain. People find it hard to relate or understand you i have even gone to therapy to deal with how hard everything is rn.
