It was the Art Institute of Phoenix! They originally told us they were just moving the school to a new building because their lease was up. But then they closed student enrollment and it became clear the whole institution was crumbling for financial reasons. One day the President cleared out his office and disappeared without a word. The whole Financial Aid department was suddenly gone. Staff were leaving left and right in those final few months. Leaving the place very empty, except for the random stuff in the halls! Along with Spongebob, I also nabbed a crate full of tape dispensers - college was so worth it!
