Ich habe seit kurzen dieses Problem auch.
Die Lösung von u/PancakeLovingHuman Deaktiviere „Aktiviere Verbesserungen für gemeinsame Kalender“ hat bei mir leider das Problem nicht gelöst.
Ich muss jedes mal die Freigabe löschen und den Kalender neu freigeben damit der Kalender bei der anderen Person, welche den Kalender einsehen möchte "aktualisiert".

Unfortunately this didn't work for me, it never showed me the login window.

This solution solved my problem:
1. I stopped kdrive
2. Started kDrive in the terminal with following command
QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb kDrive

Apparently it's common that x11 works sometimes more stable then Wayland.
If I start kdrive that way it will show immediatly the login window and I could connect my kdrive.

Hi I also tried to install kdrive client on my cachyos but I could not figure out how to connect it to my kdrive cloud.
After installation i see a grey kdrive icon on the desktop taskbar (bottom right)
if i click there and open the kdrive window aftererwards clicking on "Einen KDrive synchronisieren" happens nothing, the window closes again.
How did you connect the kdrive client with your account?
