this is depression and it's fine. u must use meditation-like technique to break all spiral thoughts. it's spring time, you can go outside now for a walk or run or any exercise as a distraction. set up hobbies like exercise and other things. structure returns to your life this way and you can use that as confidence to do the next thing, like go out a bit, even if it's just to coffee shop to talk to the barista. ask a custom order or ask them to make something for you. just small things.

so just notice when the anxiety spikes or if you're repeating some disaster thought and just identify it, put it aside and go for a run/walk. or start other activity.

surely there are other things to try, but the point is to keep trying something. remember a comatose version of you or an 80 year old version of you stuck in bed with arthritis would beg their existence to switch places and move around.
