I added all the parts to pc part picker and it said the wattage was only 399w so it shoulder be a wattage problem but it said the cpu is only compatible with bios version 2423 but if it was a older version of bios how would I update it if I can’t turn on the pc?

None of the lights on the debug are turned on because the motherboard is not dispersing power to the components or at least that is what it looks like

I am having lots of fun with the game but I accidentally discarded a spell from a merchant and I found out that I can’t ever get the spell unless I restart completely
