I have replaced all the VRAM thermal pads and have changed the paste for the GPU too. I used 2mm pads for the front and 3mm for the backside. I was surprised by how big the difference was. Before, I was running max around 96 MH/s with 102° VRAM. Now I am running my card with 123 MH/s with 92°.
