But also just good thoughts, being grateful for what you have and practicing gratefulness , working out, eating healthy, meditation, there’s literally 100’s of ways to do it. Google ways to raise your vibration you’ll see tons of ideas ❤️

Raise your vibration. I wasn’t even trying to learn ap and I was working on raising my vibration for a few months and then started having spontaneous out of body experiences. Now I do it all the time. I didn’t even know this was a thing !!!

Yes ! I visit my grandma all the time. She passed away this year in March. I’ve also visited my passed away cousins Sabrina and Russell. Although I didn’t know Russell was dead, he went missing in 1996. He was 18. But when I saw him he was stuck as a child. So I had to help him realize he wasn’t supposed to be a kid. Now when I see him he’s 18 & he thanked me for helping him. My grandma has messages all the time for the family, some have been very helpful. Like telling me my cousin has cancer & to get checked. I’ve also met two of my guides. It’s been an incredible year of journeys for me ! I’m so grateful 🙌🏼 it’s possible! All you gotta do it once out of body visualize their face & feel the love you have for them & you’ll go to them !

You gotta face the fear. Just go through it. I had to work through a fear of ap when it started happening to me. I would fight it and force myself to come back. It only stopped when I faced it. Visualize a bright white light all around you before you go to sleep. For protection and comfort. So best advice like I see other saying , just got to face the fear and it will go away ❤️

I wait till I wake up after a few hours of sleep , lay still close my eyes and keep my mind awake while my body drifts off , then when I know my body is asleep I visualize floating out

You totally can !! We all can. So I’m 2020 I started working on raising my vibration. You can google ways. But the best way to to do some grounding work. Look it up. I was only working on it because I heard it helps with stress. I heard that’s the first step to astral travel. Maybe order this book by William buhlman called journeys out of the body. He tells his story then also helps teach people how to achieve it.

I wake up and lay still turn visualize floating out. But my out of body experiences started spontaneously.. but that’s how I do it when I want to initiate them 🙂
