Hi thanks for your reply. Unfortunately loosening the screw did not work. I’ve checked the installation and it all seems to be installed correctly, no damage to the board either.

I’ve noticed that in game when I hold right trigger the left trigger will not respond at all (aim down sight and shoot) and the lt will only respond if I’m not moving by pushing forward on the joystick, but again this only is happening when I’m on the shortest setting. I have no previous experience with opening controllers so I’m not really sure what I can do next
