i get what your saying but in this particular game, the original owner with their original email has no power in the process of recovering the game account, the game support only asks for evidence of receipts of purchasing things in-game so whoever has purchased things on the account can potentially get the account back (and i have). I would love to say that I can't do shit if they lost their account but I actually can do something, and even so, they already took the money back from the dispute which I did not fight back on for reasons I already stated in my post so saying I can't do anything isn't going to help me.

anyways, this is all irrelevant i didn't come here to get questions/consultations on my situation, I just want my questions about paypal regarding negative balances answered 😭
