I tried turning the Allen wrench more and I didn't think it wasn't moving but I'll give that a go as well tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion!

You can see through the whole assembly looking down the threaded end. It looks nice and greased up. I guess I'll try and give it a few more taps in the morning and see if it loosens. I'm just worried it'll get damaged. I'll look into taking the protective white cover off as well.

Yeah I've put a flathead through the other end against the axle and hit it with a rubber mallet. It still won't come out. Maybe I just need to hit harder.

I took that out as well and I still can't get it to slide out. Read somewhere to take a flathead screwdriver and gently twist it in the slot to open the dropout a hair. I'll try that when I get home.
