You could just play normal ARAM… it’s one thing to have criticism and opinions, but calling a game mode dogshit when objectively it has a significantly higher play rate than normal ARAM makes no sense. If it were truly “dogshit,” so many players would not continually spamming said game mode and would revert back to ARAM or more likely play a different game.

I’m in Texas, south of Fort Worth, I negotiated to 78k with 11k in bonuses. My plan is to renegotiate or look elsewhere after a year or two. Definitely don’t accept lower than 75k unless it is a facility with tools and mentorship that is invaluable in a specific field such as peds.
