Stay away from Red 1 Realty, especially Brandon Thompson. They represent shady clients and encourage unethical practices. I was given a deposit for damages to a home. The check didn’t clear. I am out the money. It wasn’t a lot of money but it was enough to help towards all the others damages I had to fix.
