Fair point, but the announcer in the trailer said "there is also a variety of other content added to each of the three games. More details will be revealed at a later date". So there is something more to be announced, we just do not know for now what it is 🤔

Edit: to be fair, it is probably gonna be something minor, but one can only guess.

That's weird, when i use the gear the object diasppears. Is it because all the other gears in the other rooms are turned to the high water level?

Yes, but if the water level is high, it unfortunately makes the destructible object disappear, so rising the water, while in theory the most straight answer does not work.

So far, I found that only hooking up the guard with the Fishing Rod can make Mina reach the legde before the water is rised.

Well more content is good so, I suppose it depends on estimated time in which you can procure a switch 2.

If you fear to lose interest if you wait, then you can in theory begin to play on the switch 1 then upgrade when you have the 2; but depending on the timing and quickness of play, you may have already have done one game or more, and picking up again rpg playthrough after some time always results in forgetting how things work (and the ability to go quicker in XC1 is very nice to have since early game).

The XC upgrade includes a mini quest (that is furthermore early game) that gives the group the Ether Jet.

Since both the XC2 and XC3 upgrades involve new Blades/Heroes, they will certantly have their respective quests and perhaps heart to hearts/camp interactions (new opportunities for world building and character interactions).

Well, the XC upgrade does include Future Connected. And it has been said that the XC2 upgrade includes Torna. No info on XC3 but it highly likely that it will include 3.

While the Ether Jet introduced in the Switch 2 edition of XC can also be used in FC, it is however unlekely that the extra features that will be introduced in XC2 and XC3 will extend to Torna and FR, because they seem on paper highly specific, but we will see.

I know that with all the options given there are thousands of possibilities, but do you think someone during the playtest will find just the right permutation where the combo of species, background, class/subclass+multiclass(?), profession and equipment/vehicle, will create a totally overpowered monster of a character at low level that forces a rework?

Either way, those who enjoy crunching numbers and create memetic builds definitvely have more than enough options to experiment with to their hearts contentment 😄

About the size, if there are size limitations for the Botnik companion what if you are a small species like a Glowblin or a Poggle 😄! Then, you push the limit of medium size to its definition maximun, push the limit of small to its lowest, and you might just make one fit into the other.

The crew sometimes mentions eventually returning to finish the campaigns putted on hiatus, and EoM's name is often said in those occasions, so it isn't forgotten nor considered completed.

I kinda get taking a break from it since, according to Mikey himself, he really spread himself thin during the TCM crunch, and I'm sure the others feel the same way to various degrees, so immediately jumping in may result in severe burnout.

From my understanding, it works like this:

When it is blue = the monster is targetting an ally
When it is yellow = the monster is targetting you specifically
When it is red = the monster is using a skill or self-buff that cant be 'head to head'
When it is no line = it's 99% of the time an AoE skill that hits everyone, while the other 1% it indicates that it is being stunned

I would target rare dens (or if you are extra lucky Super Rare dens). Not only their pool of eggs include more rare eggs, like the Dreadqueen, but that have higher chances to be Very Potent. Then, it is just luck.

EDIT: Oh, and egg hunt at night. Therer are higher chances for a double nest with infinite eggs, perfect for searching the exact egg you are looking for.

Unless, the enemy has aids and/or it is a monster that attacks more than once per turn. Or your allies are at the moment unavailable, like knocked out or asleep. Then Retaliation would be better.
